Yes. Your website is only as strong as the brand foundation underneath it. You don't need me to build that foundation, you might already have one, but we do need to review it and make sure it's complete and cohesive before we start designing your website. This protects both of us and ensures the final result actually works.

Every project starts with a nonrefundable deposit that holds your spot. From there you can do payments over two or three months, but here's the important part: your final deliverables aren’t delivered until your final invoice is paid. So if you choose a three-month plan, you'd pay deposit + first two payments before we even start, then your final payment aligns with project completion.

Yes — for past clients, absolutely. If you're new here, you'll need to have completed branding in place before we work together on individual design projects. All à la carte work is taken on based on availability and project scope, so the best first step is always to reach out and we'll figure out if the timing works.
